Supportive Housing Solutions is a state-regulated 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Tifton, Georgia, proposes a strategic partnership with your agency to provide high-quality affordable housing and comprehensive wrap-around services for adults who are primarily independent but require stable housing, light assistance, and supportive oversight.

Our program is specifically designed for individuals who can perform most activities of daily living, do not require wheelchair or bed-bound care, but need a safe, structured environment with supportive resources to maintain stability and self-sufficiency.

We offer temporary, transitional, and long-term housing options, along with tailored life-skills programming, referral case management support, and community integration services.

Basic Housing Rates

The following housing rates are available to agencies, social service providers, and direct placement partners:

Single Room Occupancy (SRO):

$1,500 / month
Includes:

  • Fully furnished private room with bedding and weekly housekeeping & laundry services
  • All utilities
  • High-speed internet
  • Access to all basic wrap-around services

Efficiency Unit:

$1,900 / month
Includes:

  • Private furnished efficiency with bedding and weekly housekeeping & laundry services
  • Kitchenette full-size range & referigerator, small appliances kitchen complete with dishes, utensils, pots & pans
  • All utilities
  • High-speed internet
  • Access to all basic wrap-around services

Additional fee-based services (transportation, meals, personal assistance, enhanced monitoring, etc.) can be tailored based on individual needs and agency requirements.

At “The Retreat”, we strive to create a sense of community and belonging, where residents can thrive and live their best lives. We provide a wide range of services in a Group Home/Community Living arrangement settings, with In-Home Supports, Community Access, Supported Living and Nursing referral services. We specialize in managing individuals with challenging circumstances. We are strategically located in the lovely countryside of Tifton, Georgia. We also offer a full social calendar for our residents and have experienced caregivers and professional staff that provide exceptional services for your individual needs and levels of care. Our residents feel at home in our friendly, caring and warm atmosphere. We will be accepting multiple forms of payment not limited to Medicaid Waiver Programs, Private Pay, and Insurance which will be in place very soon.
